How to make butter Chicken at Home?
Butter chicken is also known as Murgha Makha. It is a bite-sized piece with endless flavors. It is a perfect mix of spicy as well as sweet. However, it is mild in the spice spectrum of Indian curries.

Marinated Chicken can be marinated well by coating it with several spices loaded with flavours & then refrigerated for at least 4 hours. Marinated chicken should also be kept in the refrigerator for at least four hours. ( Sentence repeated)
The traditional method for Butter Chicken involves boned chicken being grilled in the Tandoor. If you prefer, you can use boneless Chicken.
To grill the Chicken, I used a grill pan ( Avoid framing sentences as first person) . The Chicken should be placed on the grill for at least 5 minutes. It will be grilled perfectly on the side if it is left alone. Turn it over and grill on low heat to 80 %.
It takes time to grill boneless chicken so you should grill it on low heat. Eighty percent means that you cook the Chicken until you can insert a fork in it. If the Chicken has been grilled, you should still have some water. The pieces will become too dry if the water evaporates completely. The chicken will not absorb any flavors.
Grilling in the oven for 20 minutes should be sufficient.
To balance the flavors, Butter Chickens are made with a little honey. You can substitute Honey for Sugar, but Honey gives a unique flavor!!
