How to Make Marinating Chicken ( Non Veg) at Home?

How to make MARINATING CHICKEN?
Ø Wash the chicken pieces first, Place the chicken in a large bowl. Add lemon juice.
Ø Next, combine all the spices: degi mirch (coriander powder), turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and fried onions.
Ø You may also add fresh mint leaves or cilantro to the marinade.
Ø Add yogurt to the spice mixture.
Ø Combine the marinade with the chicken and then roll it to coat. Chicken
Ø Now let’s get on to the next step. In a microwave-safe bowl, add milk. Heat the milk for 40 seconds. Take the milk out of the microwave and stir in the saffron strands. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
Ø Mix the rice gently and boil it in hot water for 4-6 minutes. The rice should be 70% done when it is pressed between your fingers with light pressure. If the rice breaks immediately when you press it, then you have probably overcooked it. You will end up making sticky biryani if you continue to cook this rice.
Ø Turn off the heat after the rice has been parboiled. Place the rice in a strainer.
Ø Heat the ghee in an oven with a heavy bottom. You can also add whole black cardamom and peppercorns.
Ø Stir the whole spices together for a few seconds.
Ø Cook the onions until they are slightly golden.
Ø Add the marinated chicken to your pan.
Ø Mix and cook the chicken for 7-8 minutes on medium heat. The yogurt will begin to release its water from the marinade. These juices will be used to make our biryani.
Ø Add the kasoori methi and turn off the flame. Chicken Biryani
Ø Heat the pan on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and allow the biryani to simmer for between 10-12 minutes.
Ø Turn the flame off once the cooking is complete. Let the rice cool in the steam for about 4-5 minutes. Remove the dough seal carefully from the entire pan.
Ø Now it’s time for you to open the lid. Use a spatula to gently fluff the rice. You will find tender pieces of chicken hidden beneath the rice.
